Yes, under the heading 'Worldwide Soccer Manager'.
It's massive in Europe for those who think it's a small game...and published by Sega.
Elven6 - Well, they were gang members. I don't see how that should influence anything other than that explains why they own a gun though. As for some sort of gang-style execution, it shouldn't matter as they are brothers and it would seem it was involuntary manslaughter. I don't think it's unreasonable to believe, considering the low-key reporting of it by the local press.
No need to cut off your nose to spit your face.
Umm, I believe it was in relation to the mainstream press...the game could be blamed.
Well into the future, who knows how possible it may be for audio and video game players to come together...interesting thought.
You know, I can't right now...eh, Max Payne possibly? Surely one of the GTA games...
Come to think of it, there aren't many. =s
The game is not to blame in the basic way, but as said above...it's a defence, because he must have been acting out a scene from it. So it's very possible the game will take a lot of blame if this comes to light...can you think about what the press will be like when they find out there is a first-person execution and tons of kids play the game? Eek.
But according to that news article, they're gangsters.
Could be a number of games, but Call of Duty 4 is a definite possibility. What a horrible accident though...
Carefully weighted comments and, well, I guess it is part of the game. I mean, non-hockey people can easily criticise that. But...like he has said, it's part of the game now.
Oh I wasn't making a point about it, was just pointing out fact. I agree.
It is that good...and people want to see their moral choices in Mass Effect have some, well, mass effect on the game's storyline over the course of the trilogy.
But this is more about an illusion...so why not make the bot crouch (can't remember if you can crouch in 2k4) jump now and then, give it some lines to say and make it so it will stand around for a wee while at times?
Very true.
That's a good point about KOTOR. While we did see many of the original cast, (mostly) they were not playable.
Maybe some chat macro too...
Well, I haven't actually played Guitar Hero 5...but I can assume it's nothing like GH1 having played all of the main series since.
Guitar Hero 3 had online play on the next-gen, lots of master recordings compared to covers, streamlined the UI and its ease of play was perfect compared to GH1. Maybe not so much innovation, but evolution...much like you see in many other yearly releases...
No I don't think that's true. Well, the annoyance of it all is...but there is still innovation to be had in the genre. Guitar Hero 5 is nowhere near the same game as Guitar Hero.
...you know what, not into console wars but...that made me lol.
Well yes, it's the whole AI-picking-the-pencil-up-from- a-table thing...simple things to many of us, can prove to be the hardest to achieve with AI.
Interesting debate in the comments at the site too. I do subscribe to the more natural ebb and flow of terminology i.e. if it comes to usage, then let it be; if it doesn't, don't force it.
But I can still see what the writer is trying to say. The problem is that game design is not a conscript of sorts, it's an ever-changing perception of ideas implemented in a unique way; I don't think you can standardise that.
If there is some relation (which there won't be) and there are a large number of them rather than just the same ones all the time (which it probably will be), then I wouldn't mind it (but I will).
